Understand that we will attempt to schedule your new court date within 30-60 days of original court date. One courtesy reset will be granted upon request. If you have an attorney representing you, your request for a reset needs to be made through your attorney. Send email to with your full name, complete mailing address, and your case number if possible. You need to contact the Municipal Court Clerk’s Office at least 2 business days in advance of your court date if you wish to request a reset or rescheduled court date. The phone number to the Clerk’s Office is 70, but email communication is preferred.
